At CORA Search, we believe in the fundamentals: build the relationship, listen, advise, and use experience and market knowledge to deliver the best possible result.
We are a female-founded search firm specialising in governance across financial services, with 30 years of combined experience in the market. We founded CORA Search to create a business built around what we believe makes recruitment work best: dedicated service, honest advice, specialist knowledge and genuine relationships.
Recruitment can be challenging, so we stay agile and tailor our approach to what works best for each client. We bring fresh ideas when they are needed, while staying grounded in the fundamentals.

Those are the foundations of our market. The name also reflects our values, inspired by the Irish coir: what is honest, good and right.
Why it is personal
Fifteen years of friendship, and a business we wanted to build together.
CORA Search is personal to us. It is founded on 15 years of friendship, shared professional successes and a genuine enjoyment of working together. As working mothers with five daughters between us, our experiences in and outside of work have shaped who we are and how we want to build the business.
Our careers at a FTSE 250 recruitment firm gave us invaluable experience and some of our career highlights. We have always found our greatest success and enjoyment working together.
We believe in keeping recruitment personal, specialist and agile: relationships that last, and a service that works for our clients and our candidates.
